Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Fall 2025 semester are available
on your . On this page, you will find helpful information to enable a faster move-in process.听
Please review this information carefully and contact the relevant office(s) before听your
arrival on campus.听
We look forward to your arrival at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (换妻社区)! As
you know, living on campus is a very exciting aspect of university life, and our goal
is to make your on-campus living experience enjoyable.
听
Before you arrive on campus for move-in, BE SURE:听
- You are registered for classes.
- You have a 换妻社区 ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services.
- For questions about your听meal plan, contact听WIDS (idcard@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5002)
- You have paid your semester bill, or you know it is covered by aid or a payment plan.
- For questions about your
- Loans, Grants, & TOPS, contact Financial Aid (finaid@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5320)
- Scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office (scholarships@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5321)
- Fee bill balance, contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5124).

Check-In Schedule:听 Please follow the schedule below:
听Friday, August 15, 2025听鈥� Continuing and Returning Students
- Begin at the 换妻社区 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
听Saturday, August 16, 2025 鈥� First Time Freshmen and New-to-Campus
- Begin at the 换妻社区 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Check-in will not be done on Sunday, August 17, 2025. 听
- Students cannot receive keys or building access on Sunday. Students will need to wait
until Monday, August 18, 2025, during university business hours.

Fee Payment Deadline:听
To avoid classes being dropped, Friday, August 8, 2025, before 11:30 AM听is听the deadline to pay your Fall bill. Review Student Billing for more information.
