UPDATE:
The University of Louisiana at Monroe will close, and all classes will be canceled
due to inclement weather onThursday, March 5.听Normal operations and classes will resume听Friday, March 6.听
Schulze Cafeteria will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. onMarch 5.
The 换妻社区 Library and the Activity Center will be open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on March
5.
The pedestrian bridge will be closed.
Employees who are needed to report to campus will be contacted by their supervisors.
Students, faculty, and staff are urged to be safe during the severe weather.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning in effect from 6 p.m.,
March 4 (tonight), until 9 a.m., March 5 (Thursday), for most of North Louisiana.听University
of Louisiana at Monroe officials will monitor the weather overnight and will release
a statement at 6 a.m., if closure for Thursday is deemed necessary.
Students, faculty, and staff are asked to monitor their 换妻社区 email accounts, 换妻社区 social
media, and the 换妻社区 website听 / concerning any alterations to the regular schedule.
During campus closures, or when the 换妻社区 schedule is altered, students, faculty, and
staff may receive a notice from the Warhawk Alert System if they are registered with
that system.
